I am a Finnish author, filmmaker, and educator exploring the symbolic language of ancient wisdom traditions and their relevance to modern human consciousness.

My work brings together comparative mythology, philosophy, and embodied spiritual practice. I am particularly interested in how early creation myths, sacred symbols, and cross-cultural cosmologies may function not as relics of the past, but as living maps of inner transformation.

Over the years, I have written six spiritual nonfiction books in Finnish and founded Kundaliinijooga Helsinki, a school dedicated to contemplative practice and embodied awareness. My background studying history and spiritual traditions informs my approach, which bridges research and lived experience.

Lost Knowledge – The Message of Ancient Peoples to the World is my first book translated into English.
