A Year Long Private Coaching
We will have online or in-person sessions each month for a year. This includes personal counseling, online materials, such as reading lectures, journaling, and yoga videos to do at home. We follow the Energy Activation Method added with personal meetings and counseling.
This is for you if you need more personalized coaching to understand where you're at this moment in life or if you're taking steps towards something new yet unknown and want to prepare your mind, body, and spirit for change. Also, if you feel you need more personal guidance during your Kundalini activation, then this year-long program is for you.

We will meet in person or online for one introductory session. If there is a specific issue on your mind that you need consultation for, then this one session can be sufficient for you. I work intuitively, sometimes channeling the information that is calling your attention.

We will meet three times. The first session is to find out the root cause that is calling for your attention at the moment. After the meeting, I'll create a personalized yoga program for you based on the issues that arise.
In the next meeting, we will go through your yoga program and the process involved. For 40 days, you will follow the program at home. We will meet again after the 40-day period to discuss what has changed and how to proceed from there.

A year-long Energy Activation and Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is currently only available in Finnish. The next training program will begin in January 2025.
